We accept returns from customers in the United Kingdom, France, and across Europe (EU member states).
Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Both defective and non-defective products are accepted for return.
How to Return
Contact our support team at support@pawcalm.online to initiate the process. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email within 24–48 business hours.
Return Shipping & Fees
• Return shipping is FREE for all orders (prepaid label provided).
• No restocking fees — ever.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawcalm.online with a photo of the product and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage due to misuse.
• Certain hygiene-sensitive products once opened (noted on product page).
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter the fulfillment pipeline and cannot be changed.
