2. Contract Formation
• Products displayed on our website are a non-binding invitation to purchase.
• Submitting your order constitutes a binding purchase offer.
• We may accept within 5 working days by sending an order confirmation or processing your payment.
3. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
• Statutory right: 14 days from receiving your goods.
• Veluro extended policy: 60-day return window for unused and unopened products.
• To cancel: email support@pawcalm.online with a clear cancellation statement.
4. Prices & Payment
• All prices include applicable VAT.
• Shipping is FREE for all orders within the UK and Europe.
• Payment details are processed securely by third-party processors.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment
• Handling time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
• Transit time: 5–10 Business Days depending on destination.
• We ship to the UK, France, and across Europe. No P.O. boxes.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Dropshipping Disclosure
Some products in the pawcalm store are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. Delivery times may vary. All products are quality-checked and meet our premium standards before being listed.
7. Warranty & Consumer Rights
• UK Consumers: Products are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• EU Consumers: Products carry a minimum 2-year statutory warranty.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or faulty items.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory local laws.
